Environmental change and biodiversity degradation have a big impact on the dispersion of infectious human diseases and at the same time forest environment can be an enormous asset in improving the health conditions of human communities. The seminar on Forests and Human Health aims to facilitate the on-going debate on the interplay of forests and human health.

The seminar is held in connection with IUFRO Board meeting, and is organised by IUFRO Task Force on Forests and Human Health in co-operation with University Cadi Ayyad, SYLVA-WORLD for Development and the Protection of Forests and the Environment, and IUFRO Secretariat.

The seminar is free of charge.

The seminar takes place at the Hotel Imperial Holiday Marrakesh, 30 Avenue Moulay R'chid, Guéliz, Marrakesh.
