Sylva-World for Development and the Protection of Forests and the Environment, will organize its 4th international Conference SWF2010 on the theme “PEOPLE, FORESTS AND THE ENVIRONMENT: COEXISTING IN HARMONY" in Casablanca, Morocco. Of the task force people, director Jari Parviainen and doctor Erkki Kauhanen of the Finnish Forest Research Institute (Metla) will give an oral presentation Forest-related Health Impact Assessment (FHIA) - a tool for assessing human health concerns in forest-related projects and sustainable management.
